Purchased leather sectional sofa w/warrently 9/3/05. Leather started to split and crack on only one part of the sofa shortly after the 1st year of having it. The problem started about 1 year and 4 months. The other part of the sofa is fine not one crack at all. I've had the service plan here again ...
