Ripoff, did not turn my service off when promised and took money from my account
I asked my phone to be turned off on Oct. 9 which is the datre I was given by them that it could be turned off and not charged a disconnet fee. I was on a cruise on Oct 2-Oct 9 and they turned it off on Oct 3. They withdrw $175. Out of my account. I specifically talked with both Cingular and Nextel ...
