This company promised a product then delivered it in 9 days and are unavailable for 4 days afterward which doesn't allow you to cancel
I am very disappointed in this companies policies. I recieved the product on the 9th day via ups. I then tried it for one day and decided to cancel. That was on a Friday. They are closed by 5pm so I called on Monday and was kept on hold for 45mins, I called on Tuesday and was kept on hold for 25 ...
