Rip-off
I bought a Greenwing Macaw from Pets-r-pals. When I received the bird he was filthy and smelled terrible. The crate that the bird was shipped in was deplorable. The bird was shipped from PA (approx 8 hours enroute) without food or water. Upon recieving the bird, the bird was not socialized at all. ...
