DON'T go to Dr. R. Michael Contro, M.D.in Los Gatos! Dr. Contro's office staff will treat you unfairly! He is an OB/GYN who also does Laser Hair Removal to bring in LOTS of $ to his practice. The first three weeks Netflix was OK but I wouldn't say great! After that I started getting damaged DVDs that I couldn't even watch because my DVD player wouldn't play them! They started taking longer and longer to mail, they won't give a refund or a partial refund! They can give all the rebuttals ...

I checked my bank account the same day and low and behold they had charged me $19.79, causing my bank account to become overdrawn, and overdraft fees ...
