Contacted Outboard Rebuild regarding 150 hp Merc. Outboard. Jimmy Parise said he had one and for a little over $5000. He would send it to us. He gave us name of his bank. We checked that out and found he did have a commerical account at the bank so sent a check to his account. No motor arrived. ...
