Foreclosed during Chapter 13 bankruptcy after curing claimed default
We were in a chapter 13 bankruptcy to keep our home and pay our creditors. For 2 yrs all was ok when chase told our attorney we were in default (4/06) and had been since Jan.'06 and did I know anything about it? I told the atty. The only thing was we closed our acct. @ WAMU and did call Chase to ...
