Statements sent after due date, then late fee charged
I have paid over $600 on a $500 account from Chase Bank because what they do is charge a late fee of $39 plus interest on the account and then do not send the statement out until AFTER the due date. This is clearly loan sharking, yet they 'cannot do anything about it'. Flxthnk Brampton, Ontario ...
