Enhanced services billing inc / at&t charged my phone 16.92 for voicemail set-up which was never ordered and at&t let it go thru
Recieved a charge on phone bill from ESBI for 16.92 for NATIONWIDE VOICEMAIL which I never ordered or asked for, called at&t to have this removed, was informed they can't remove it, I have to pay it then get reimbursed from ESBI (Enhanced ervices Billing Inc). Tried to call this company and ...
