Cosmetique had a promotion going (not strait from there main site) where if you paid for shipping you could get a small kit for 4.95 so I did it for my mom, I get the kit and all seems fine... Then my Credit card bill comes I see the 4.95 then a few days later a charge for $1.00... Fishy yup There ...
