Why cant they be sued?
I cancelled my cell phone 9/16. Verizon didnt take me off but keep billing me on my regular verizon bill with the triple play I have. Called in Oct. For a refund which was $25.00 (refund taxes not inculded). Gave me a referral number. Nov. Bill no refund called & they have no info. On me ...
