I purchased an air conditioner from pc richards in august for almost $700. I had 90 days to pay. I sent a check for 1/3 of amount owed and then sent another $98. I know that this amount doesn't total $700 and that i did not payoff in 90 days. What's troubling me is that the money paid was not ...
