Attempted to refinance mortgage thru Countrywide. Talked to a rep, went thru application, part of which included giving debit card #, which I was told would not be charged. Appraiser was sent out, who returned new appraisal $5000 less than last year. Loan was rejected, referred to Full Spectrum ...
