Ripoff - fraudulent billing, abusive and inept customer service, sheer harassment
I too have been an auto lease customer of Fifth Third Bank. On several occasions they have billed me late fees. I use online banking and sent them proof of when they received the money; but they refused to waive the late fee, because they didn't process it until 11 days later (how convenient, 1 day ...
