I recieved an offer from First Premier Bank today for a Gold Mastercard. This isn't the first one I've recieved. I do have a discharged bankruptcy (1 year) on my credit report, but I would never be desperate enough to actually apply for this card. A $250 limit with $178 initial "charges"? ...
