Ripoff trying to collect debt discharged in bankruptcy over 12 years ago
NCO has a credit inquiry on my credit and has sent 3 collection letters to my former address over 12 years ago. They are trying to collect a credit card debt that was discharged in a bankruptcy in 1994. The interest amount it almost the same as the original debt amount. I have no idea what to do, ...
