Definitely a ripoff scam
I recieved the same letter offering the 10,000 credit line but was suscpicious from the beginning as there was no telephone number, or Visa/MC symbol on the paper work. It took me three days to read the finer print and realize that this is just another buyers club/warehouse scam. I feel the same ...
