Beware!!! I called the tel# on my visa statement... The 1st rep (female) sounded pissed off at the company (JP MEDIA). She told me to look it up on the internet. Ouch, ALL NEGATIVE!!! I called back and the gentleman couldn't tell me any info, just "something you ordered on the internet." ...
