On August 28th, I went to Burlingame Verizon franchise store, located on Burlingame Avenue. Purchase an IPhONE 4.. What i have been told about the policy, "Yes, i could EXCHANGE the phone with in 14 days... But..."i cant return it"... Well, I understand! On Sept 2nd OR five days ...
