Cartdiscounts.com is a SCAM company. Same complaints as the other customers. Placed order, received confirmation, credit card was billed, received e-mail that order was shipped, nothing was ever delivered. E-mail messages, phone messages (phone is now disconnected, and web page is suspended) ...
