Unreal Ripoff. I signed my 67 year old mother up for Qwest's Price for Life DSL package back in 2008. The following year, 12 months later, Qwest 'expired' her FOR LIFE program and started to charge MORE. Out of the blue... Without EVER even contacting her... Just snuck it into her bill... I guess ...
