First American Home Buyers Protection did not send competent contractors, did not monitor their contractors, ignored complaint, and otherwise failed to resolve a failed heat pump after more than 30 days
Bottom line: this is a company you can not trust or depend on. Was a happy customer and even advocate for the previous 5 years. I mostly used them for minor repairs handled in a single visit.
