To All Concerned: In Feb I purchased a Sony Vaio, brand new.in Nov the dvd player in it stops reading dvd movies so I call the warranty company and they refer me to Cyber Test Inc. I send my laptop to Cyber Test Inc. To get the dvd drive fixed because it was not reading dvd's. Other than that ...
