Fairbanks sold our loan to select portfolio servicing Inc. (aka fairbanks) just as we were disputing 2 aoutomatic tranfer of funds from our bank to them, we have the bank statements that show the fund were taken from our account to fairbainks but they keep denying it. Therefore leaving us no choice ...
