Beware of business practices... Allsource Mtg and Bill Bryson with held an appraisal from me that caused me to be upside down on my mortgage. This was supposed to be a great deal it was over 50,000 dollar discrepancy on a 200k home. Ill never get my money back Beware... Do not do business with this ...
