So I need brakes for my 95 VW. No worries right? I have a coupon for $99 brakes and make an appt. At the Reno Brakeway across from the Peppermill. I show up and they begin to "inspect" my car. Here's where the bait and switch begins... Apparently my car is so serious that it needs $569 ...
