Fresno, CAMDM Sales & Marketing Returned a Kirby in July, have yet to receive full refund, November, after being told numerous times my refund is on its way
After returning a Kirby vacuum to this company, It took them until September, after me calling the company once a week, to credit the $1,300.00 back on to my credit card. The vacuum was $1,500.00. I gave the sales guy $200.00 in cash. I have yet to receive this refund. I have had to call once a ...
