Rey's Pizza is charging a 1% "obligated" homeless tax. (Explain to me what that tax is cause I never heard of it???) and is not even a donation to the poor or homeless. You have to pay it as part of the bill. I thought is was ridiculous to try to stick the community with an extra tax. ...
