ATM dispute unresolved
About two months ago I went up to a CitiBank branch and used one of their ATM machines outside. I made a withdrawal for 320 but when the machine tried to spit out the bills they got stuck and only a few corners of the bills were sticking out. I grabbed what I could and counted it and was shorted ...
