Ripoff Asked for report contract or any proff I owe money and was ignored
I have sent letters to Tx Collect BDA as CTI for the past three months trying to prove that I don't owe any money to AT&T. This has been done certified return receipt. I have asked what is required of them to do, prove that I owe money with a contract signed by me (or anyone for that matter), ...
