Label would not come off one of the towels purchased on 1/4 at Big Lots. So I had to soak towel overnight. Even then threads from towel came off with label making the towel look like an old used towel. What can we do about this? Number on label RN76948 size 71/ 137 c, /28 x 54 in. Purchase price ...
