I purshased a Keys Backyard hot tub (Model number KBSB4315) through Costco on 12/20/05. Here are the problems I've had with it: Cover fell apart after about 7 mos. Jets and diverters fall off. Mechanical Speaker lift device no longer lifts speakers at about 6 mos. Headrest fell apart at about 6 ...
