I purchased a RCA HDTV May 13. On Oct. 19th the lamp blew out. I started calling RCA Oct. 20th. I was advised that someone would contact me from the warranty department in 3 to 4 days. I'm still waiting for the call. I waited until the 4th day to call back. Again, I was told they'd call in 3 to 4 ...
