I was looking to get away from my oppressive mortgage held by HSBC, whom I do not feel comfortable with. I agreed to refinance through Oak Street Mortgage because They promised to get me away from HSBC and refinance my mortgage. They also promised if I was not satisfied, they would refinance again ...
