I had been cleaning my washing once the device was caught on 14 units. I waited half an hour. It had been caught on "14 minutes" for 30 minutes. I called. And named. And named. I called them 17 times. No solution. I tried making a note however it hung-up on me. Exactly what a questionable company this really is!
