It had been overdue and that I imagine I had been exhausted. I'd been buying particular North Face backpack I needed for a while, after I discovered it on the site: northfacejacketoutlet.info. It had been a reasonable cost, in-stock, and also the site was perfectly completed and seemed legit. And so I put the purchase. The web site utilized what appeared as if a charge card confirmation website named ECPSS Payment Gateway.
Obviously, I never received them. After I sent northfacejacketoutlet.info to ask, I obtained an answer from the 'Lisa' declaring that them have been"seized by Customs" which, because it was not their problem, they'd not be refunding my cost. Curiously, 'Lisa' has answered to all my numerous emails to date, but proceeds to demand that they're not accountable for the"seized" cargo and certainly will not return my cost.
When I now understand from (belatedly) studying this site, they're Oriental scammers who make use of the ECPSS"payment verification" like a prepared device for fleecing naive customers. And that I can only just suppose their readiness to answer emails is a tactic to maintain their fraud opting for so long as possible.
I'd suggest TO REMAIN from any site that employs the ECPSS Payment Gateway brand.
