Forever 21 has to possess the toughest return / trade plan I've heard of. I purchased two tops along with a gown on Friday evening. I visited use the gown on Sunday (2 nights later) had it on for just two hours also it ripped completely down the seam of the rear end. After I named the shop to go over trading it or obtaining shop credit (since i understood they wouldnt I would like to get money-back on my card) they explained they usually wouldn't provide retailer credit or I would like to trade since it is just a reduction for their store. Finally after speaking together they decided to I would like to get anything of the exact same cost but wouldn't I would like to simply get shop credit to make use of later since the supervisor stated that they'd possess a reduction easily applied the shop credit at another store. Although I did so get different things Which was the most ridiculous exyears. Change scenario I've actually experienced and that I have worked in retail administration for ten years.
