Will not refund money for dress not received

Requested a $490 promdress in January. Was informed the gown would certainly be delivered out by April 15th. Two nights later I obtained a contact the purchase was terminated whilst the gown wouldn't appear from the day we needed it. The e-mail mentioned that the reimbursement could be returned to the card within 24-48 hours. It's today March 9th and that I have now been calling them twice per week since when I haven't gotten a return. They kept showing me they'd difficulty giving the credit back again to my card. They'll preserve me on-hold for approximately 1/2 3/4 an hour or so because they "speak " to some boss. They've actually hung-up on my many times. Following a pair week of having exactly the same reaction I told them to deliver me a check. They stated they'd place the demand directly into their sales department. Exactly what a laugh! Somebody must do something positive about companies such as this. I've sent Sherri Hill (promdress custom) to inform them they must remove their dealer from their website. After viewing each one of these grievances I intend to deliver them onto the individual from Sherri Hill that I spoke with. When they do not stop using the services of MissesDressy.com they're just like poor. MissesDressy.com has not noticed the final from me!
