Bought a gown to get a wedding in July, obtained it in Sept. After I visited place gown on for that wedding the freezer was damaged, couldnot use the gown: (Did live-chat because that's the only path to get hold of them-and they stated they couldnot do anything-but easily bought another gown they'd provide me a discount. After repeatly contact them-they stated they'll deliver me an upgraded zipper to complement my gown but I'd need to spend the delivery of the zipper and also the price of the taylor to displace it: (I decided to pay shipping price of zipper $15 and not obtained the freezer!!! It's today Dec and that I am out the $150 bucks since I can not look for a freezer that'll complement the colour of the gown. Just how can somebody conduct business like this???
