Does not honor return policy

I bought a set of sneakers as of this shop 03/07. The heel came unglued in the boot i delivered the sneakers alone using the bill claims might be delivered or traded before 06/05 they'd not provide me a return. I'd to switch the sneakers for another manufacturer plus purchase a wise arrange for 4.99 in case these become defective. I desired a reimbursement, however they declined to provide me one. On my bill reason behind return broken/faulty.
