I'd exactly the same issues as others have explained. I bought a product, their site stated it'd be delivered within 2-3 days and also to contact them via mail when the item hadn't been obtained within 10 business days. I approached them 3 times and not got any reaction. I informed my charge card organization to change the costs. About 6 months after my purchase day I did so get my purchase. At that time, I told my charge card organization to-go forward and place the charge-back on my bill. 2 weeks later, Cameo delivered mean email challenging one more $50 in "Charge-Back Costs." ($25 for treating the costs, and evidently $25 more forgiving them the cash back.) They've confronted to deliver my consideration to some variety company easily don't spend them. I'll be calling the FBIis Web Scam department and every other police force organizations I will think about, since it seems in my experience such as this is how they con extra cash from people.
