I purchased a UGG boots from their website. They sent me a wrong size. And that I requested to come back, but there's no return data (for example return slide, organization tackle, etc.). I delivered them several emails however they did not provide me their return handle and questioned me to maintain the sneakers. That is totally INEXPENSIVE organization. And also the quality of the shoes is truly bad too. It generally does not just like a genuine UGG. I highly recommend not purchasing sneakers from their website.
