I requested my uggs, ugg protectant and 2 replacement insoles before final a week ago. They'd me call-back after putting my purchase when I was an initial time client plus they offered me 10% off my Uggs. (I loved that). The following day we were eliminated all day long. To my pure pleasure, after I got house, by my doorway, was my whole purchase!!! I requested the night before, got free delivery, didn't request overnight, plus they stuffed it and first got it to my doorway the following day! I had been happy. I needed to use my Uggs for that weekend... It had been ideal! I'll be purchasing from their website again... Question when they provide a repeat client discount???
