I requested what I believed were real UGG shoes in a discount price. Purchase was put 12/18/10. They came but I had been dissatisfied to determine these were apparent reproductions and low quality at that. I experimented with hook them up to and also the wire keeping among the switches broke. I wrote requesting return instructions along with a return. I had been provided "the run-around". I had been requested to publish pictures of the shoes that we did. I had been subsequently requested " You got them right?" I repeated request return instructions and reimbursement. I had been informed the images needed to be examined with a outstanding. Which was the final communication. I named several times and didn't get acceptable solutions. The individual appeared to not speak English properly.
