Posted a-3 year-old Barbour Winter layer for fix for them whilst the freezer turned caught and useless. I truly did not expect a inexpensive fix, but or did I anticipate a $70 repair having a 4-7 week cited return period. 9 months later, I've no respite from the vendor, no present to create great about the price of the fix, no standing on after I must actually start to anticipate the outfit to be delivered. If which wasnot insulting enough, the supervisor who initially responded my newest phone — "Maggie" — could not wait to pawn me off onto somebody who recognized himself as "simply Holiday aid", and whose general perspective was neither useful, wanting to hang up the phone, and also to the purpose to be instead a "bugger off" kind of tone and text.

Never can I patronize them again, despite my penchant for Barbour jackets, centered on their standoffish customer support and insufficient problem.
