All the worker grievances about Dillardis through the nation is completely accurate!!! Not just one is just a rest for several of you customers available. I've worked in a Dillards to get a year 5 and broke my butt doing anything they requested of me. Simply because I didn't create their "unobtainable quotas", I had been dismissed. I did my supervisors work, instruction new employess, merchandized much better than everybody within the division but still got release since I did not match my figures. It was the worst organization I've actually worked for and am completely boycotting the corporation and recommend individuals to look elsewhere. I've never been so mistreated by any organization in my own existence for that function I actually do. I will go ahead and on about all of the small information on what's incorrect with this specific organization, but I wont. I highly encourage individuals to not store or work on some of their places. They do not worry about the employees or even the customers.
