Paid for product - did not receive

I requested 2 bras from their store on 5/18/09, check was banked on 6/9/09. Responded email after I investigated on google. Allegedly out-of inventory. Is likely to be shipped on 7-13-09. I doubt it. Realize there's a fraud happening. Is that this accurate?
