These men are terrible. I have read a large number of grievances on Bizrate.com along with other purchasing websites. Want I Would read them before I requested the Holiday present for my sibling that never managed to get. Their customer support is wholly unresponsive, plus they clearly do not worry about support whatsoever. Its truly too poor, since its a good idea and business design, however they pull.
