Fallas Paredes
Poor customer service

On November 30, my child and that I visited Fallas Paredes found: 5428 Walzem Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78218. Soon after we selected our products we proceeded to look at. A cashier happily examined us out at register #2. Our child offered the cashier her USAA card and confirmed her active military id. The register started checking from 90 till it achieved 1. She swiped the card as money so that as credit. She subsequently named her supervisor Rudy Ramos to help her. Mr. Ramos rapidly found the register and started swiping my charge card. After three times Mr. Ramos becomes to my child together with his palm on his hip and claims, “Do you have anything within this consideration? ” she responded “Yes.” Mr. Ramos extended to swipe. Since my child believed Mr. Ramos was out-of-line for requesting that issue (“Do you have anything within this consideration? ”), she advised him that she sensed he was rude and believed he must apologize for his bad customer support. Mr. Ramos immediately turned defensive and stated that he'd not apologize since he was just performing his work. He explained he didn’t believe he was rude and experienced you should not apologize to some client who might be doing charge card scam. Our child advised Mr. Ramos when he believed she was doing charge card scam he might requested for id.in the centre of the discussion, another client informed him he'd no to consult me a problem like this since it was none of his company. He informed her he was performing his work which the discussion between he and my child was none of her company. He informed her that she had a need to close her mouth or he, whilst the supervisor, may have her escorted from the shop.By this time around I had been shocked that his individual connection abilities was this uncomfortable, I request my child to consult with the supervisor. He informed her he was the supervisor. She subsequently requested to consult with his supervisor. He informed us he can get her range. As he strolled away, the shop manager went as much as the register and also the woman he advised to shut-up started to talk to his supervisor. Although she was detailing Mr. Ramos returned with the shop supervisors (that people were talking to) quantity. He set the documents about the table and disturbed woman declaring the client didn't understand what she was referring to and stated he would clarify what happened. The store-manager requested Mr. Ramos to visit the rear and informed him that she'd consult with him later; Mr. Ramos lifted his speech and wouldn't pay attention to his boss. He sensed that his aspect of the tale needed to be informed, by him and at that time. Mr. Ramos talked in a noisy speech, overbearing way and centered the discussion between he and their own boss. The store-manager repeated his title and requested him to please visit the rear so she might look after the clients. Mr. Ramos might start to leave and change back around towards us and begin yelling “they don’t understand what they're speaking, she laying, and don’t you be talking in my experience like that.” After about 5 minutes of shouting from Mr. Ramos, he ultimately visited the rear. Both extremely disrespected client and that I talked using the supervisor and requested to get a person to consult with to ensure anything was completed about that event. The store-manager apologized to my child, the extremely disrespected client and that I. I've didn't return to Fallas Peredes again. I'd noticed poor customer support, but never such bad administration, terrible company integrity and harmful individual relations skills.

Never within the state-of Florida have I been handled so badly. A brand new or an event company shouldn't dismiss efficient customer support capabilities. It's every associate obligation to produce and continue maintaining an appropriate environment for everybody, regard one another and every client, and location a greater price on the good perspective.

I'd prefer to realize that this problem continues to be solved. I really hope that Fallas Paredes doesn't risk it integrity, efficiency and achievement by permitting Mr. Rudy Ramos or every other disrespectful and undisciplined affiliate proceed without having to be seriously punished for their steps.
