I placed an online order to purchase computers from Ramos IT.com with its advertized holiday discounted sales on Friday, Nov. 25. The payment was made through Google Checkout. The purchase records at Ramos IT.com indicated that the items were to be shipped on Monday or Tuesday (Nov. 28-29) by UPS. I sent several emails to Ramos IT.com requesting a tracking number of the shipment.
No reply to all my email requests! I made many phone calls to its Customer Support (1-800-317-0650) during business hours but no one answers the phone! The items I ordered were never received. After some searching, I find out Ramos IT.com uses a mailbox (P.O. Box 261772) as its business address. I realize that I become a new victim of this Internet fraudster. Buyers beware!!!
